Ive lost 1 pound in 2 days with the ab circle pro, I work out 15 mins  twice a week.    

For best results work out 3 times a week for 15-30 mins.

This schedule is so you dont over due your work out and gives you body resting time, Taking a hot 5 min shower before a work out helps open pores and helps muscles relax so you dont feel that daily strain.
